WHO WE ARE
Society for All Round Development is a grourp of committed youth who working for community rights and development. SAARD Sansthan is a non Profit, non political, non religious organisation working in sirohi and Jalore district of Rajasthan for last sixteen years.
Presently working in 128 villages of Reodar and 13 village of Sirohi block of Sirohi District and 12 Panchayat of Bhinmal block of Jalore District of Rajasthan.
SAARD Sansthan is registered under Rajasthan Society Act 1958, having FCRA 1976 and 80 G.

A Self reliant Rural Society in which people develop their capabilities of managing their Resources at their own contribute to sustained all round Development Process
OUR MISSION
Facilitate people to build their own institutions for managing their natural resources Health, Education and livelihood.
OUR OBJECTIVES
- Environment Regeneration through awareness of soil and water conservation,
- Forest and watershed Development.
- Augmentation of traditional methods of soil and water conservation and Land Development.
- Changing the exiting gender equation in the Society especially among he target communities.
- Enhance the Nutrition standard of women and children and enhance the quality of Health in rural areas.
- Making quality education available to children particularly girls.
- Generating awareness among people against the social evils, exploitation and supersession and to assist them to fight against it.
- Strengthen of Panchayat Structure through elected women representative.
- Strengthen and empowerment of adolescent girls. Awareness generation about right based approach in tribal community and women's.

AREA PROFILE
- Reodar is a remote and backward block of Sirohi District of Rajasthan most of the villages don't have a good road connectivity .
- The area accommodates Arawali mountain ranges and part of area is hilly and undulating.
- Bhil-Koli- Rebari comprise the majority tirbal groups in these villages.
- 70% of population of these communities are poor, most of them either landless, laborers or marginal farmers.
- Situation of education in the block is very poor. It has a literacy percentage of 48%. The situation of rural litracy is only 23% (Male - 36%, Female 9%) and is a

- Due to frequent and high migration and traditional and social health seeking behavior, the status of health indicators are also in alarming situation.
